Effects Of Drugs Abuse In Society

Drug abuse is not common in the communities where we live and it seems it is a habit that is not ending soon. There have been efforts though that have been put to try and end this behavior but as it seems, there are still more cases that we come across. is there something that can be done really that would help bring this to an end for good? Well, maybe if the effects were clearer, people would change.
The most hurting bit is the fact that the hope of the society which is the young generation is also on the mix. They are the worst affected with the drugs. Drugs alter proper thinking and reasoning capabilities of its users and that is why you would realize that so many people who are into it make some stupid decisions.
Where stupid decisions are made, several people who were in the decision or not even involved always end up suffering and this is what would lead to regrets. Then, it does not stop there. There would be other cases of even worse effects. When someone has so much to regret about, they are likely to give up.
When someone has given up in life, they would not care about what they do and they would add to crime in the society. If everyone could think about these effects, they would help reduce the effects of drugs use.
